• The M2 (E18) motorway runs to Belfast from the centre of Northern Ireland
• Continue south on the M2 until you merge with the M3
• The M3 then merges with the A2 north-east, which provides access to the terminal

Directions to George Best Belfast City Airport (BHD) from the south:

• The A24 and the M1 motorway run to Belfast from the south
• The M2 becomes the A12 and links with the A2 via the A510, while the A24 runs direct to the A2
• Take the A2 north-east for the airport grounds and car park

Directions to George Best Belfast City Airport (BHD) from the east:

• Take the A2 east from Bangor to Belfast City Airport
• From the A20 and Newtownards direction, cut across to the A2 from the A55 junction and follow the signposts

Directions to George Best Belfast City Airport (BHD) from the west:

• The A52 comes in from the west of Belfast
• Merge with the A12 and head for the M2 motorway
• Follow the M2 motoway around the city to merge with the M3 and then the A2 for the airport

The centre of Belfast can become congested along the A2 and the A24 during morning and evening rush hours. It may be best to take the A12, M3 motorway, A2 route if you are coming to Belfast City Airport from the south or the west during these times.
